I bring more than two decades of specialized diagnostic sonography experience to my role as Founder and Director of Ultrasound Consultants International. As a dual-credentialed expert (RDMS, RVT), my career has been defined by a unique blend of technical mastery and operational leadership in both clinical and mobile ultrasound environments.
Before founding Ultrasound Consultants International, I was instrumental in growing the local medical landscape by launching and leading the successful ultrasound division of Ultra Healthcare in Clearwater, Florida.

I am deeply passionate about serving the community and expanding access to high-quality ultrasound services. By combining financial expertise with a patient-driven approach, my mission is to lead an organization that is trusted and patient-centered, delivering lasting value and long-term impact.
Igisubizo Jimmy
Dentist
Igisubizo Jimmy Confiance is a Rwandan dentist at the University of Rwanda and a youth health leader dedicated to enhancing access to quality care. He is the Founder and President of the Dento—Medical Society Rwanda Which integrates oral system health in the Rwandan health system and across Africa (RDMS). He supports regional collaboration as the Regional Director for IDA-AU Africa Eastern Bloc/Region and Acting Chairperson of the African Dental Congress (ADC). His work spans oral health promotion, youth leadership, and digital health innovation through initiatives such as Karame.
